Is the event Handicapped Accessible?
The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and continues to search for ways to better accommodate all visitors. The South building is designed with wheelchair ramps, automatic doors, passenger elevators and handicap-accessible restroom facilities.
2. When will I receive my tickets in the mail?
Tickets will be mailed out 4-6 weeks prior to the conference. If you have questions about your tickets, call 407-273-2300 ext. 175
3.   Is parking included? If not, how much does it cost?
No, parking is not included. Parking is $8 per vehicle.
4.   Can I bring my children? Will childcare be provided?
There is a 13-year-old age minimum to attend the event. No childcare is provided.
5.   I can’t make it to the event, but can I pick-up my gift bag at the station?
You must be present at the conference to pick-up your gift bag.
6.   Is seating assigned during the breakfast, lunch and keynote speaker?
Reserved seating for the lunch is only available by purchasing a Corporate Table.
7.   How many Sessions can I attend?
You may attend as many as you would like.
8.   If I am on the waiting list, when will I know if there are tickets available?
We will contact you if any spots become available.

You may leave early although the gift drawings will occur at the end of the day.

There in no limit to the number of health screenings you can participate in at the conference.

The menu has not been decided. However, there will be a vegetarian option available.
