Is the event Handicapped Accessible?
The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
and continues to search for ways to better accommodate all visitors. The South building is designed with
wheelchair ramps, automatic doors, passenger elevators and handicap-accessible restroom facilities.
When will I receive my tickets in the mail?
Tickets will be mailed out 4-6 weeks prior to the conference. If you have questions about your tickets, call 407-273-2300, ext. 175
Is parking included? If not, how much does it cost?
No, parking is not included. Parking is $8 per vehicle.
Can I bring small children? Will childcare be provided?
The afternoon is geared toward 8 to 13-year-old girls. No childcare is provided.
I can’t make it to the event, but can I pick-up my gift bag at the station?
You must be present at the conference to pick-up your gift bag.
Is seating assigned?
No. You can sit where you would like.
How many Sessions can I attend?
You may attend as many as you would like.
If I am on the waiting list, when will I know if there are tickets available?
We will contact you if any spots become available.
